Job Title: Programme & Grants Support Coordinator

  • Support the Grant Programme and Impact Awards by preparing documentation, managing evaluation processes, and coordinating with volunteers.
  • Assist with the setup and management of evaluation portals for award and grant assessments.
  • Work with the communications team to organise year-end progress reports, manage data for impact measurement, and contribute to sustainability reporting.
  • Support data migration from the existing platform to the new Smart Simple Platform to ensure smooth transition and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bullet Point 1: Prepare documentation, manage evaluation processes, and coordinate with volunteers to support the Grant Programme and Impact Awards.
  • Bullet Point 2: Assist with setting up and managing evaluation portals for award and grant assessments.
  • Bullet Point 3: Organise year-end progress reports, manage data for impact measurement, and contribute to sustainability reporting in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Bullet Point 4: Migrate data from the existing platform to the new Smart Simple Platform to ensure a seamless transition and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in programme coordination, grants management, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital platforms.
