Job Title: Programme Support Coordinator

Job Description:

This role will play a key part in supporting our Grant Programme and Impact Awards, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation, manage evaluation processes, and coordinate with volunteers to support the Grant Programme and Impact Awards.
  • Assist with setting up and managing evaluation portals for award and grant assessments.
  • Organise year-end progress reports, manage data for impact measurement, and contribute to sustainability reporting.
  • Support data migration from the existing platform to the new Smart Simple Platform to ensure a smooth transition and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in programme coordination, grants management, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is crucial.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital platforms is necessary.
