Highly Experienced Building Projects Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the execution of building projects from planning to completion. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, with at least five years of relevant experience in project management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans and cost estimations to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects.
- Lead and manage civil and structural works of a project, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Plan and schedule works and resources for a project, including site work programs and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all technical and engineering matters are resolved effectively.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
