Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator for HVAC and Building Management Systems
- Highly Experienced Project Coordinator Required
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HVAC & BMS system design and installation, with a strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and managing schedules
- Handling monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time
- Managing all technical documentation
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in HVAC & BMS system design and installation
- Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures
- Ability to supervise site teams, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and project management skills
