Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our construction operations and drive timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders, and will be able to develop and implement effective policies and procedures to mitigate on-site risks.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction operations to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate on-site risks in accordance with industry standards.
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors to support construction activities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the resolution of defects, variations, and outstanding issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in building construction management, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in managing large (> $100m), fast-track, diverse building projects with at least 10 years of project management working experience at a corporate level.
