We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team as a key player in delivering large-scale development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, coordination, and execution, with excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in our project delivery team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of structural, architectural, and M&E works on-site. You will also review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist in creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technical Review: Conduct thorough reviews of technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Site Management: Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure works are carried out according to schedule and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in building, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of structural works, architectural finishes, and M&E coordination, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
