Job Title: Experienced Project Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in project management.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead, plan, coordinate, and execute projects in interior design fit-out works in Retail, F & B, Theme park, and Museum industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a project from conception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and minimize delays.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as Construction Management or Interior Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
