Transform IT Service Management with a Senior Specialist who oversees day-to-day operations, initiates improvements and ensures consistent high-quality service delivery to all customers.
The role involves close interaction with Customer Operations and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Service Management functions such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Continuity.
By focusing on process improvement, the Senior Specialist will enhance the customer experience through strategic planning and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of IT Service Management functions including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Continuity
- Close interaction with Customer Operations and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence
- Strategic planning and effective execution to enhance the customer experience
Minimum 5 years experience in IT Service Management, preferably in a leadership or management role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
