Nurse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care delivery and smooth workflows.

  • Oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staffing levels and deployment based on residents' care needs.
  • Lead the implementation and review of nursing policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Monitor residents' health and ensure timely medical and nursing interventions.
  • Conduct regular ward rounds and audits to ensure compliance with nursing standards.
  • Oversee infection control, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, incidents, and resident outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Registered Nurse with the relevant board.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric/eldercare nursing, nursing standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Prior experience in eldercare or nursing home setting is preferred.
