Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on the role of a senior chef in a modern European restaurant's kitchen operations in Singapore. As a culinary leader, you will be responsible for training and developing all kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in work performance, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the kitchen team, facilities, and costs to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare and execute dishes according to required specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, supervise, and develop sous chefs and below to ensure consistent work performance.
  • Maintain quality control and presentation of food for the brand.
  • Manage food costs and inventory to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure food quality consistency and meet sales targets.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management skills.
