
Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Upsell services with a sales attitude, identifying resort-wide sales opportunities.
- Foster effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments, particularly Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Be responsible for maintaining guest recognition programs, accurate recognition reports, and handling guest complaints.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum GCE O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A warm, pleasant personality with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions.
- The ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Experience in Front Office operations.
- Upselling and scalability expertise.
- Knowledge of property management systems.
- Excellent restaurant management skills.
- Strong financial management abilities.
- Housekeeping expertise.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- User experience (UX) design knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- IVR and customer service experience.
- Decision-making and UX skills.
- Hospitality industry knowledge.
