Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Upsell services with a sales attitude, identifying resort-wide sales opportunities.
  • Foster effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments, particularly Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Be responsible for maintaining guest recognition programs, accurate recognition reports, and handling guest complaints.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum GCE O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A warm, pleasant personality with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions.
  • The ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Decision-making and UX skills.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge.
