Job Title:

We are seeking a charismatic Food Service Ambassador to excel in our dynamic food and beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves serving food to guests, mixing and serving beverages with flair, precision, and creativity. You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary equipment is in perfect working condition.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to engage guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, understanding their preferences to suggest the perfect beverage that suits their taste and mood.

You will manage beverage inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure stock levels are optimized, adhering to quality standards.

Requirements:
  • A knowledge of relevant alcohol service would be beneficial.
  • An upbeat and approachable personality that naturally draws guests in, creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • A polished appearance, effortlessly engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility with rotating shifts and working on weekends and public holidays.
  • High self-discipline in maintaining cleanliness of the bar counter and workstations.
