Job Title: Food Service Ambassador

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by meeting and greeting them warmly and leading them to their seats. This is a key opportunity to create a positive first impression and set the tone for an enjoyable dining experience.


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Food Service Ambassador to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting and greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant or bar, taking their coats and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in our establishment.
  2. Taking food and beverage orders from guests and delivering items promptly and efficiently, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  3. Clearing and removing soiled dishes and glasses, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  4. Presenting bills to customers and handling payments with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Detailed orientation and knowledge of our menu, services, and policies.
