Job Summary

We empower professionals to make a global impact by driving human development and enhancing the quality of life. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Your role will involve working closely with senior leaders to ensure performance management and talent development drive business success. You will establish effective relationships with employees and their representatives, fostering communication and cooperation in a collaborative environment.

You will also be responsible for ensuring line managers and employees understand HR processes and can access solutions efficiently. Additionally, you will develop workforce strategies to support business requirements and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute people strategies and plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support business needs.
  • Work hand in hand with HODs to ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
  • Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
  • Ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solution.
  • Develop, plan and execute workforce strategy in support of business requirements and the organisation's staffing objectives.
  • Liaise with survey providers and direct contacts from other companies to ensure reliable market data.
  • Ensures competitiveness, equity, maximizes tax efficiency and whilst creating a high performing work culture that facilitates and supports business goals and initiatives.
  • Coordinate special projects according to objectives accomplishment. Coach and monitor project participants. Communication to the involved parties (HR Director - Business Partner - Line Managers etc).
