**Job Description**:
**Calling for skilled Talent Acquisition professionals to make their mark, supporting a chic and timeless brand in the luxury space This would be a fantastic opportunity to set foot into the world of RPO/MSP, and could be an eye-opener for those who wishes to explore and venture out into a career in recruitment, coming with luxury/high-end retail knowledge.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
- Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
- Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
- Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
- Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator located in the Recruitment Delivery Centre.
- Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization (in-house, RPO, or digital recruitment agency). Alternatively, we would also consider if you have worked in luxury/high-end retail and would like a career in recruitment.
- Prior experience conducting behavioural-based interviews for a variety of roles.
- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
- Ability to act autonomously on a standalone basis, and working collaboratively in a vibrant team
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functional computer skills and software knowledge, prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.
- Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for astounding stakeholder engagement and relationships
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
- Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline. Bachelor’s preferred.
- ** Certificate of Employment Intermediaries certification** is required. If you don’t have this accreditation, we will prioritize you obtaining this before going onto client site.
