Technical Field Service Specialist

Job Description:

  • Perform on-site installation, repair, servicing, and maintenance of complex Wafer Fab Cleanroom machines.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs within allocated time frames while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Deliver accurate and professional information to customers through effective communication channels.
  • Liaise with principals to resolve technical issues and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and compile data from site visits.
  • Be available for standby duty and work overtime as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Wafer Fab Machine Installation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good working behavior and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in the North side region.
