Role Description:

The Deputy Director (Policy Division) will provide leadership in shaping both economic and social policy agendas that directly impact workers' lives and livelihoods.

You will be responsible for:

  • Policy Development & Analysis: Monitor trends, conduct policy reviews, identify worker pain points, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in workplace safety, occupational health, or social protection policy.
  • Proven management experience, with the ability to lead teams, mobilise stakeholders, and deliver results in complex environments.
