Job Description

As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with various business units to provide expert advice on a wide range of legal matters and ad hoc problems.

  • Structuring and negotiating commercial agreements with partners, service providers, and suppliers
  • Understanding the risks to the business and providing practical advice to product and expansion teams
  • Supporting initiatives relating to governance within the group
  • Liaising with external counsel where required

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fintech or finance and has an eye on the future. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in APAC, focusing on payments, financial services, or technology
  • Proven experience with commercial contract structuring, drafting, and negotiation
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • The ability to balance maturity in corporate governance and operations with the practical considerations of fast growth and scaling
