Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs covering financial products, regulatory compliance, leadership, and soft skills. Conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and aligning training with business goals is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the ideal candidate will develop e-learning modules, workshops, and classroom-based training sessions, ensuring all employees receive up-to-date training on financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs covering financial products, regulatory compliance, leadership, and soft skills
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and align training with business goals
- Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and classroom-based training sessions
- Ensure all employees receive up-to-date training on financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), risk management, and compliance
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to integrate regulatory updates into training materials
- Maintain training records and ensure regulatory training compliance
- Implement training initiatives to enhance employee performance and career development
- Support leadership development programs for high-potential employees
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees as needed
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and external trainers to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis
- Report on training impact, participation, and ROI to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS)
- Certification in training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning & Performance - CPLP) is a plus
