Export Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales support to the marketing team, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales operations.
- Prepare and verify Letter of Credit (LC) documentation—including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading—in compliance with bank requirements.
- Ensure all shipping and trade documentation complies with destination country regulations, including HS codes and preferential certificates.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and overseas partners to ensure timely and efficient cargo delivery.
- Perform routine administrative and documentation tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with team members across multiple time zones to monitor shipments, provide updates, and follow operational instructions.
- Demonstrate strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently while remaining aligned with remote teams.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in a trading or export documentation environment.
- Solid understanding of UCP 600 and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
