Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced customer service representative to fulfill the requirements of this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining excellent relations with agents and shipping companies.

  • Import/export documentation and processes management
  • Shipping documentation (import/LC/documentation/Bill of Lading) coordination
  • Customer support provision for shipments and advice on country-specific rules and regulations
  • Handling customer inquiries or complaints resolution
  • Accurate and timely information and documentation delivery to clients/agents/shipping companies
  • Maintenance of good relations with agents and shipping companies
  • Cargo consolidation knowledge in Less Container Load operations
  • Performance of other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum General Certificate of Education Normal or Ordinary level
  • Responsible and positive attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Preferably with logistics/shipping/freight forwarding experience
