Job Summary

An Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, scheduling and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and messaging platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting important documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track statutory deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Support in resolving client issues and ensuring excellent service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with corporate service platforms is a plus.
  • AI Tools: Basic understanding of using AI tools to facilitate work efficiency.
