Job Summary
An Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, scheduling and maintaining accurate client records.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and messaging platforms with professionalism and care.
- Assist in preparing and submitting important documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client records and track statutory deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Support in resolving client issues and ensuring excellent service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with corporate service platforms is a plus.
- AI Tools: Basic understanding of using AI tools to facilitate work efficiency.
