People Operations Specialist
Overview
The role of a People Operations Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within an organization. This position requires a professional with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of HR functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records in the HR system
- Support the administration of employees' benefit programs, including designing, developing, and executing programs
- Coordinate and manage office equipment and assets
- Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Expert knowledge of local employment regulations
- Proficiency in global employment regulation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with strong initiative and meticulousness
- Versatility and a strong perseverance mindset
