We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the supply chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective inventory management and meeting customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute and/or lead complex challenges in demand planning projects/initiatives.
- Support Operative Marketing team on planning demand and forecasting for all SKUs.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and upload the forecast monthly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor the SEA Markets performance (growth, new vehicle sales, car parc, demand variation, etc.).
- Calculate and report the company Market Share.
- Identify, track, and report market trends.
As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will also be responsible for managing sell-in price analyses, including template preparation, system price updates, and audit documentation. Additionally, you will perform periodic reviews of SI/ST/SO pricing to ensure alignment with pricing strategy and company targets.
Process ImprovementYou will assist and/or lead process or system developments and improvements to generate greater efficiencies. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in Business or Computing.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data analysis, database construction, and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Highly structured, problem-solving mindset with strong execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Innovative thinker focused on process improvement.
