**OVERVIEW**

A great opportunity has arisen to join Mundipharma in Singapore as a Demand Planning Manager within the Consumer Healthcare business. This is an excellent opportunity to get global experience in a fast moving, exciting organisation.

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Deliver global demand planning activities in an efficient, effective and timely manner to support supply of ~300M sales revenue per annum.
- Responsible for the Demand Planning and Review process as part of the global S&OP process and the quality of its inputs and outputs and drive actions to resolve potential supply risks.
- Key point of contact with the Commercial business to gather the markets intelligence and support the execution of sales plans and budgets for existing and new products.
- Execution of global targets and delivery of them within supply chain.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**1. Demand Planning and Risk Management**
- Responsible for ensuring statistical forecasts are produced each month during the monthly planning cycle and all market intelligence is gathered and reflected. This may either be creating the forecasts or reviewing forecasts created by others and challenging their robustness.
- Ensure demand forecast is shared/received in the format, level of detail, and timing required by all customers and supply chain partners with documented assumptions.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Project Manager (SRM/PM), ensuring planned product launches are included in the forecasting process, scenario planning is completed as required, and launch volume orders are created at the agreed quantities.

**2. Strategic Planning on Supply Chain/ demand planning**

Collect past/future demand inputs (distribution gains/losses, price changes, new/discontinued products, promotion plans, etc.) from Sales and Marketing and forecast/model their impacts on demand.
- Understand how all departmental KPI’s are generated and calculated, championing their use and understanding of how to achieve and improve.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- BS degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related field of study.
- APICS or other Supply chain certification (preference, not essential).
- At least 8 years relevant experience in Demand Planning.
- Significant experience and understanding of demand planning in a regional/global capacity.
- Preferably someone who has run the planning process in excel instead of a system at some point in their career.
