Guest Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the uniform inventory. You will sort and distribute uniforms to team members, ensuring they are organized correctly and neatly at designated areas.

You will also maintain cleanliness and adequacy of the uniform inventory, assist at the Wardrobe Counter, and attend to any queries or requests from team members/guests. Your role requires strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have no formal education required but a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a laundry environment. They must be able to stand and walk for long hours, perform basic sewing tasks (e.g., sewing buttons), and work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight as well as on public holidays.
