We are seeking an experienced Support Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with parents and children.

The Support Admin will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Managing class schedules and registrations
  • Processing payments and maintaining records
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks and studio organization
  • Supporting coaches and staff with day-to-day operations

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, booking software is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Prior admin or receptionist experience is a bonus but not required
