The Role

As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a multi-platform communications strategy that aligns with corporate and brand direction.
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
  • Implementing online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and making adjustments as needed.
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and localise marketing activities.
  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR initiatives related to the brand.
  • Building the sales funnel through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams to close sales.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly targets set by the business.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative, or Marketing Communications, preferably in the Professional Services, Consumer, and Telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You're a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You're a team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You're a self-starter with a high level of resilience.
  • You're willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
