Driven by a passion for science, this role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to succeed in a fast-paced career away from the bench.

In this results-driven position, you will leverage your scientific background and interpersonal skills to work closely with researchers, advancing their science and driving revenue within a discrete geographic territory.

You will be a key resource for customers, providing technical expertise and knowledge of our products to demonstrate how they can support research goals and ultimately drive research and innovation in the life sciences space.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and informed interactions.
  • Identify and target potential new customers through market, revenue, and literature analyses, developing new accounts and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Product Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations to ensure seamless communication and high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the life sciences with relevant experience; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Laboratory experience with cell culture or cell isolation/separation is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A highly motivated personality with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals is required.
