About the Role:

  • As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients within the target segment.
  • You will develop and execute client acquisition strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Provide clients with regular market updates, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews, and proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • You will also offer a wide range of investment products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Develop customized investment solutions tailored to clients' specific needs, provide investment advice and guidance to clients, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, participate in marketing initiatives and events, and stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies, ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, and manage client portfolios within established risk parameters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in client relationship management or sales within the financial industry, preferably in securities or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
