Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Executive in Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for interns, including document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding. They will also assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related administrative tasks. Furthermore, they will review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy. Additional responsibilities include providing logistical support such as preparing and distributing collaterals for events, as well as acting as covering officer for HR Business Partnership matters.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Diploma in HR Management (or relevant HR experience for non-diploma holders). Additionally, they should have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR admin, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, is required; knowledge of RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage. Only Singaporean citizens are eligible for this position.
