Project Manager/Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager/delivery lead to oversee banking system development and implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality results and manage project progress, milestones, and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and IT members, promoting team collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Ensure client expectations are met, maintaining a positive company impression.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, including approach definition, status tracking, resource planning, and governance execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT-related project management or delivery lead roles.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Native-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 or higher) for engaging with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Business-level English language skills for communicating with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and systems is an asset.
