Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our banking system development and implementation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects from beginning to end. They will be responsible for defining project approaches and plans, tracking status, identifying and resolving issues and risks, planning resources, and executing governance.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the progress and milestone of banking system development or implementation projects.

2. Promote and control the issue & ToDo. Organize the progress report and report to client's management.

3. Communicate closely with clients, business & IT related members. Organize teams and lead until the project ends.

4. Manage client's expectations to maintain the company's impressions at a positive level.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineer or Information Technology or related.

- IT Project Management Knowledge and Experiences.

- Must understand the overall software development life cycle.

3 or more years of experience of IT related project management or Delivery Lead.

Project Management Delivery tasks such as approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution.

Must read, write and speak Japanese at a high level (native / JLPT N1 or higher) to engage with our Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Must speak English at a high level (business English) to communicate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Banking Operation or Systems Knowledge and Experiences (as possible).

Will be able to understand the banking system structure, and high-level banking business.

Cheerful, good communication skill, able to work with team cohesively with high spirit.

Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work effectively with teams that have diverse IT aptitudes and cultural backgrounds.

Attention to detail and highly organized, process-focused attitude.

Good conceptualization and analytical skills, enabling comprehension and development of solutions for complex business issues.

Ability to manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently.
