Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our teams in Tokyo and Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-going projects involving various banking systems in Tokyo to enhance collaboration, performance, security, and service level.
  • Plan and lead IT system implementation projects across multiple departments in Tokyo and Singapore to enhance banking IT capabilities.
  • Provide expertise to regional teams and foster collaboration with stakeholders in the Japan Head Office.
Risk Management
  • Escalate and resolve major issues in a timely manner to ensure business continuity.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as liaison between end-users and the IT team to understand business requirements for Forex systems.
  • Partner with IT Planning to align company platforms with JRI's architecture processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with Japan Head Office to establish internal controls and governance frameworks.
Project Management
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and documentation.
  • Develop budget plans for identified project initiatives and negotiate support with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Coordinate resources and define clear roles for project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with at least 10 years of experience in IT services.
  • Knowledge of cash management services and remittance services.
  • Experience in IT system development project management and delivery.
  • Proven collaboration and workgroup experience.
