ISO20022 Banking Channel System Expert

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business change and improving processes within the Banking Channel systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop analysis results and discussion papers that inform better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirement information/documents regarding ISO20022 and analyze its impact on Banking Channel systems
- Understand ISO20022 changes in accordance with client requirements
- Produce analysis results and discussion papers in a timely manner and explain them to clients for better decision-making
- Conduct test planning, test scenario, and test case creation, and manage the test phase
- Reflect requirements into functional documents for smooth development by the vendor
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in IT systems development in the Banking industry
- Preferably has design and test case creation experience
- Must have Business Analyst or consulting experience in the banking industry, especially overseas remittance area experience is preferred
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- XML file format knowledge is also preferred
- Working experience in Japanese language is required
