Project Oversight Specialist

The role of Project Oversight Specialist is critical in ensuring the success and compliance of banking domain projects. Key responsibilities include leading and managing project teams, driving project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.

Effective stakeholder management is also essential, engaging with business users, technology teams, and senior management to facilitate clear communication and ensure transparency in progress and escalations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, process documents, and risk registers.

A strong background in process assurance, governance, and compliance is required, as well as proven expertise in stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders.

Project Management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are highly desirable, and knowledge of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements is essential.

  • 7–9 years of experience in banking domain projects.
  • Strong process assurance, governance, and compliance skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management expertise with senior leaders.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
