Job Title: Senior Energy Project Lead

The ideal candidate will lead studies from concept through to pre-feed, developing and maintaining customer relationships in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive project-related priorities and deliver high-quality work within required deadlines.
  • Manage project issues and risks effectively.
  • Support overall sales effort through proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and client interfacing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA with 15+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong track record in managing decarbonization, green, and blue energy projects.
  • Depth of experience and knowledge in areas such as energy market knowledge, feasibility and configuration studies, process design, and direct sales experience in the APAC region.

Skill Requirements:

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, with good cultural awareness.
  • Flexible and willing to work extra hours as necessary to accommodate workload peaks.
  • Able to travel within the APAC region.
