Renewable Energy Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead solar projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
- Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring project progress, addressing issues proactively
- Providing timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in solar or renewable energy projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering solar projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, permitting processes, and grid connection requirements
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
