Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator and Guest Experience Specialist to enhance the park experience through innovative event coordination and exceptional guest engagement.

This role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences, prioritizing safety while engaging guests in various activities, programs, and learning journeys, interacting proactively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across multiple channels, proposing, reviewing, and implementing enhancements to park offerings and guest experiences, supporting team leaders in staff training and team development, overseeing and managing operations of specific attractions or rides, and performing housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness of guest and crew areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in mascot performance is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Additional language skills are beneficial
  • Experience in retail, attractions, child-focused environments, or performing arts is advantageous
