We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Park Experience Ambassador. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all redemptions, ticket sales, and departmental initiatives are conducted in accordance with established procedures. They will also be required to attend to guest feedback and provide appropriate service recovery when necessary. In addition, they will perform group sales, processing, and relationship duties at various stations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with defined procedures for redemptions, ticket sales, and departmental initiatives.
  • Attend to guest feedback and provide service recovery when necessary.
  • Perform group sales, processing, and relationship duties at various stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a GCE N/O/A Levels or ITE Certificate/Diploma. Relevant experience in a service role is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing circumstances.
