Business Development and Sales Executive Role

At TRUSTED SERVICES PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through new business development and sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets and industries
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Sales and Client Management:

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Sales Management and Operations:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to track sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with at least 1 year of sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably with experience in using CRM applications
