Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Fund Administration and Account Opening:

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard investors, open bank/brokerage accounts for the fund(s), and gather necessary documentation.

2. Compliance:

Implement and update compliance policies and procedures, conduct regular reviews and assessments of compliance protocols, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

3. Internal Reporting and Planning:

Monitor and update fund liquidity, control fund expenses, and participate in cashflow planning to ensure the smooth operation of the funds.

4. Others:

Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Portfolio Manager and support other teams as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the funds.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, compliance, or a related field in the financial services industry, Bachelor's degree in finance or a relevant discipline, strong analytical skills, proficiency in English and Chinese languages, AML certification, and ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:
