ERP Sales Manager Job Description

We seek a driven ERP Sales Professional to lead sales, manage client relationships and oversee our cloud ERP solutions full sales cycle.

  • The ideal candidate has strong ERP knowledge and experience with customer engagement skills.
  • Responsibilities include developing, tracking and managing sales pipelines within targeted industries, optimizing sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Analyzing client requirements and proposing suitable SaaS ERP solutions delivering product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships conducting customer needs analysis providing tailored ERP solutions ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Assisting in solution customization aligning with customer business needs.
  • Developing sales strategies roadmaps and execution plans monitoring and evaluating sales performance making necessary adjustments.
  • Oversight of contract negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines managing risks associated with ERP sales agreements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends competitors sharing best practices insights within the team enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in ERP sales preferably in payroll software or enterprise solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business IT or related field.
Key Skills
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and/or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English Mandarin as a must other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking problem-solving abilities.
