Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the execution of marketing communications activities for our luxury lifestyle clients. This role will cover a range of tasks, including media and client relations management, seasonal press presentations, packing and organization of gifting/seeding, and updating of media/influencer database.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the team on all aspects of media and client relations management.
  • Support the daily operations within the team on all necessary tasks, including but not limited to, seasonal press presentations, packing and organisation of gifting/seeding and updating of media/influencer database.
  • Responsible for media monitoring and reporting across print, online and social channels.
  • Contribute to the organisation of the press showroom, including the monitoring of fashion sample movements, receiving and returns, maintenance of a systematic log and showroom supplies.
  • Develop and maintain brands' communication materials, including but not limited to, press releases, images, videos, product mailers, brand collaterals.
  • Assist with media event planning and execution, including support at the event, shows and personality fittings organized by the agency.
  • Develop productive relationships with press and influencers
  • Demonstrate an active interest in the media and/or influencer landscape in the luxury market, and take initiative to identify new opportunities for product placement or features
  • Stay up-to-date with the industry and media developments; actively share any trending news, creative ideas and industry's insights and best practices with the marketing communications division
