Job Title: Community Development Officer

The primary objective of this role is to contribute towards the growth and development of our community through effective implementation of mental health services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and programs.
    • Compile and collate data for management reporting purposes.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and documents.
  • Outreach Support
    • Coordinate in-house and outreach activities/events.
    • Support outreach efforts at event booths.
    • Distribute outreach materials and maintain inventory.
  • Administration
    • Manage reception and front desk duties.
    • Provide administrative support to assigned programs.
    • Accompany vendors during maintenance or repair works as required.
    • Monitor and coordinate booking of meeting and counselling rooms.
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in office administration and front desk duties, including strong telephone etiquette.
