**Key Responsibilities
**1. Planning/coordination of Public Education & Outreach Programmes/Activities**
- Actively connect and liaise with multiple partners in educational institutions, hospitals, religious organizations or other SSAs (Eg, SMU, SUSS, NUS, NAMs, IMH Wards, Halfway Houses, Community Rehabilitation Services, etc) to increase collaboration, organise & develop joint events.
- Work closely with Clinical & Partnership teams to conceptualise, plan and conduct educational and awareness events, programmes and/or talks to increase awareness of mental health and addiction related issues and risks Provide direct support, mentoring, and education to registered service users; includes helping service users connect to community resources and government agencies

**2. Assist in online/offline communication activities to expand reach to youth**
- Be part of media team to conceptualise and execute social & digital content to tap on youth channels, with the goal of increasing online reach to youth segment
- Measure and report performance of related digital/terrestrial marketing campaigns; assess against goals (such as ROI and KPIs); and evaluate stakeholder experience Identify trends and insights and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption where appropriate, with aim of increasing public awareness on addiction risks and related mental health issues.

**3. Contribute in planning/coordination of Drop-In Centre Programmes/Activities**
- Assist in planning and organizing key events; eg, Finisher Award, festive celebrations, and outings to promote bonding within the community.
- Plan and implement enrichment, engagement, and empowerment programmes that contribute to the well-being of service users, in consultation with Drop-in centre manager.
- Help maintain a resource database, plan and coordinate implementation of Enrichment Programs, Lifeskill programs, (e.g. yoga, creative workshops, Basic English class, etc) at the Drop-in centre, to complement inhouse clinical services and programmesAnalyse current gaps and propose recommendations to meet these gaps. Assist Centre Manager in maintaining the database and monitoring the effectiveness of programmes.

**Job Specifications
**Core Competencies**:

- Programme and project management of events, activities and digital communications
- Strong grasp of current content creation tools, marketing tools and strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to communicate and write well

**Technical Competencies**:

- Able to plan and manage programmes for outreach and public education
- Able to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to implementation

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:

- Strong sense of wanting to help the vulnerable community that WE CARE serves.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementCreative, resourceful & self-motivated team player
- Lived experience of addiction recovery and mental health issues

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimally diploma or degree in Social Work or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in this area of work with at least 2 years experience
