Warehouse Operations Manager Job Description">

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising and leading a team, as well as experience in performing accurate checks and verifications of incoming and outgoing goods.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day activities in the warehouse.

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse checkers and general workers
  • Perform accurate checking and verification of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Ensure all products are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for timely inbound and outbound processes
  • Investigate discrepancies and report damages, losses, or variances to the Warehouse Manager
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all warehouse records
  • Enforce warehouse cleanliness and workplace safety standards
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on checking procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum O-Level / NITEC or relevant warehouse/logistics certification
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills
  • Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards is an advantage
