About the Role:

Pacific Licensing Studio Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Assistant Manager/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in working together with the Partner to achieve the Company's goals and objectives across SEA.

The Regional Assistant Manager/Manager will be responsible for managing regional portfolios through effective planning and budgeting. Key responsibilities include achieving quarterly/annual revenue targets, devising sales strategies and techniques to reach out to potential clients, generating leads, and turning leads into business deals.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field or extensive professional experience. A strong background in business development, sales, and brand management is essential, along with a track record of sales achievement and excellent organizational, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Key Requirements:
  • University degree in relevant field or extensive professional experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with strong business development background in sales and related brand management responsibilities
  • Track record of sales achievement
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and team leadership skills
  • Fluency in all Microsoft applications & database solutions
