Job Title

Customer Service Executive (Part Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via various touchpoints, including face-to-face, hotline, and email.
  • Handling facility bookings, programme registrations, and over-the-counter payments.
  • Following up with internal departments and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and found property.
  • Updating notice boards and display areas with public activities and events.
  • Performing daily settlements and financial reconciliations.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing recommendations to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to commit to working 20 or 28 hours per week.
  • Available to work on weekdays, with closing shifts from 1300hrs and/or office hours from 0830hrs/0900hrs.
  • Able to take up 6.5hrs or 9.5hrs shift per day, including break time.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of S$14 for weekdays and S$16 for weekends, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
