**About the Role**

This is a part-time position that requires you to provide high-quality customer service and repair support to clients.

  • Greet and welcome customers to the store.
  • Assess the repair needs of client items and provide transparent quotes.
  • Liaise with the in-house repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
  • Provide updates to clients on the status of their repair requests.
  • Handle cash and card payments for repair services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
  • Support the wider retail team as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the footwear industry. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
